News Americas, GALLE, Sri Lanka, Fri. Dec. 3, 2021: Sri Lanka soundly trashed the West Indies cricket team today to secure not just a win in the second test but a series win.

The West Indies lost by a whopping 164 runs on the final day of the second Test at the Galle International Stadium as Sri Lanka claimed the series win – 2-0.

The lone top scores for the Windies did not even manage a half-century. Kyle Mayers scored 45 runs as the Windies collapsed at 132.

Chasing 297 to win, the West Indies reached 65-2 in the second innings at lunch but were bowled out for 132 in the third session. They lost their last eight wickets for 40 runs.
