His fiancee, 26-year-old Jemma Dann, was also arrested on Thursday and charged with six counts of supplying a prohibited drug, six counts of taking part in the supply of a prohibited drug, participating in a criminal group and dealing with proceeds of crime.
The Caringbah South couple were both refused bail and will spend Christmas behind bars, reappearing in Sutherland Local Court in February.
Four men were also arrested in a raid on a property on Castenau Street, in Caringbah South, on Thursday.
Randwick man Mohammad Chohan, 27, was charged with supplying a prohibited drug, taking part in drug supply and dealing with the proceeds of crime.
Raphael Kenny, 26, of Watson in the ACT, was charged with 12 counts of drug supply, supplying prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis, knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime and participating in a criminal group.
ACT man Isileli Kirby, 23, was charged with nine counts of supplying a prohibited drug and participating in a criminal group.
Albert Cobeta, 29, also of the ACT, is facing three counts of supplying a prohibited drug, taking part in the supply of prohibited drugs, dealing with the proceeds of crime and participating in a criminal group.
All four were refused bail and are due to reappear in Sutherland Local Court in February.
“Investigators [allegedly] seized 5000 MDMA pills and about 280 grams of cocaine, along with $185,000 cash,” police said of the Castenau Street address.
Strike Force officers had previously allegedly seized 4000 MDMA pills and 1.1 kilograms of cocaine.
“The total estimated potential street value of the MDMA and cocaine seized throughout the investigation is more than $750,000,” police said in a statement on Friday.
“Police will allege in court that the group were involved in large commercial-scale supply of prohibited drugs.”
