Kerala Roast Chicken Recipe: How To Make Kerala Style Roast Chicken
Marinate chicken in turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, ginger-green chilli paste and salt. Keep aside for an hour. Slice onions and fry them till they are golden brown.
Next, fry the marinated chicken till it is completely cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan. Add oil to the same pan, saute slit chillies and curry leaves. Pour tomato puree and stir the masala well. Add the cooked chicken and let it roast in the masala for a while. Once the masala has dried up, serve the roasted chicken.
